⏱ THREE PHASE MASTER SCHEDULE

9:30 AM – 11:30 PM → Contests (range is live)
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM→ 🇺🇸 LIBERTY SHOT (hard stop, all ranges cold)
12:15 PM – 2:30 PM → Picnic + Awards (Pavilion)

🎯 PHASE 1 — CONTEST OPERATIONS (9:30–11:30)

​

Active Events

​

• .22 Rifle (50 ft, 10 rounds, standing)                         100 Points

• .22 Pistol (50 ft, 10 rounds, standing)                        100 points

• Five Stand (25 targets)                                                100 points

• Safety first (cold range until RSO command)

 

Staffing

​

• RSO at each station (controls line + safety)

• Scorer at each station

• At large Score Runner → collects & delivers scores

• Leaderboard Manager → updates Top Gun board

• Floater → solves problems / fills gaps

 

Live Engagement

​

• Top Gun Score Board active in Pavilion

 

PHASE 2 — LIBERTY SHOT (12:00 SHARP)

​

Execution (Non-Negotiable Timing)

​

• All shooting stops at 11:30

• Gather participants at white line

• RSO commands:

  • “Load one round”

  • Fire on command; airhorn

 

Objective

​

• One unified ceremonial volley

• Photo/video moment

• Event centerpiece

 

🍔 PHASE 3 — BBQ PICNIC & AWARDS (12:15–2:30)

​

Pavilion Setup

​

• Food ready immediately after Liberty Shot

• Catered by Josh Schultz and volunteers.

• Leaderboard visible.
