The Canandaigua Summer Pistol Shoot.

The Summer Pistol Shoot will introduce people to the competitive pistol sports that we enjoy at The Canandaigua Sportsman’s Club and in our area. Each stage of fire will have a static shooting position with multiple targets. You’ll get to shoot each stage 3 times during your run.  This shoot will allow the beginning shooter to practice and learn how a pistol competition feels, yet will also give the seasoned shooter a chance to have fun as well!

Each stage will start at a ‘low ready’ position, so no holster is required! No special equipment is needed other than your cased handgun, eye and ear protection, 60rds of ammunition per group (Bring more!), and a few extra magazines or reloaders.

There will be 4 stages of shooting. Some will be cardboard only while some will have steel targets for fun!

Groups: 1. Rimfire (.22 pistols)

2. Factory 10 (Semi- Auto’s over 10rds)
